I dislike Jim Carrey's acting style, and don't really groove on John Waters' aesthetic, but i bet they'd make a great collaboration.

Ecstasy & Parkinson's disease. Amusing drug lore, possible cure, or merely a guide to show Americans how journalism doesn't have to be sensationalist, even when it's about a "hot topic". You decide!

The tv room in the The Cats House. See, other people are crazy too! (actually this is where i got the inspiration for my own cat's new walkways.)

oooh! and an animated gif of their bed at night (what sleeping with 9 cats looks like). a photo taken every 13 minutes whilst they slept.

I demand rewrites of all books! musical chairs collided with a bookstore, but shorter. (Because frankly my life isn't long enough to get nearly all these books completed). The essence of "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" rewritten by [insert your pick here] in 20 pages. Collaborations of Caustic Critics can wade through their "love to hate" books, extracting any useful tidbits of insight and happily destroying the worst offending phrases. Concentrated Epiphanies™ in a jar, instead of a diluted barrel. 21st century books.

i wish i was joking. a mind is a terrible thing to waste.

(the first person i want to see take a crack at "zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance" is Zeldman.)

i've come to the conclusion that i talk to my cat way too much. i spend maybe 1-2 hours a day talking to people, and 5 or 6 hours a day talking to Calypso. What with the staring matches, the ambush attacks we seige upon each other, the multiple naps we ensure the other recieves daily, and the occasionally surreal and often gibberish discussions we have about this that and everything.

ok. time for a walk.

epiphanies and habits are my two current obsessions that "everything can be reduced down to".

February 02, 2001 - 11:12 PM
I'm perpetually being told to stop analyzing my life, and start living it.
But it's not like that, you see? I'm an organizational reductional fetishist! I enjoy summarizing, cataloguing and catagorizing life. I'm a concept collector; (think butterflies: pinned to the back of a wooden picture box, with obscure but evocative latin names on cut out slips of typewriter paper).
